I’m Grace Matelich, the founder of Sacra Nexus. I coach and advise visionary leaders and high performers navigating periods of expansion, transition, and reinvention - - people building ambitious things who understand that their next challenge needs more than the strategic. Our work is often personal, relational, existential, and organizational all at once.

My background spans philosophy and ethics, mental health and crisis work, longevity science, AI research and training, operations, systems design, business development, and the arts. That range allows me to see the whole system: the person, the patterns shaping their life and leadership, the relationships around them, and the structures they are creating.

My coaching is holistic, exploratory, and deeply practical. We follow the threads across work, identity, relationships, psyche, and spirit, leaving no stone unturned. Together, we identify recurring patterns, listen for what is trying to emerge, and practice the specific changes required for a new way of living and leading to take root.

My advisory work extends that process into the external world. I help clients translate greater clarity into consequential decisions, more coherent business models, healthier teams, resilient operations, and thoughtful approaches to emerging technology. I bring a futurist’s perspective, an operator’s precision, and the depth of a coach who knows that the strongest systems start with internal work.
